This is the privacy statement of Connected Data Group, registered in the Commercial Register at the Chamber of Commerce (CoC) under number 69556695, covering the websites of Connected Data Group.

Processing of personal data is done in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Data Protection Act (WBP) the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).

Personal data

Connected Data Group processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • To process registrations for education, training, workshop or seminar;
  • To be able to respond and/or act on contact forms;

  • To be able to process payments;

  • To perform administrative procedures;

  • To provide educational support;

  • To be able to improve the learning experience and/or service;

  • To conduct activities aimed at expanding the customer base;

  • To be able to execute employment contracts;

  • To inform you about (new) services and products and changes to existing services and products, for example through the newsletter;

  • To tailor the offer of services to the preferences of the user;

  • To comply with legal obligations.

With each process, various data are collected, including the following: gender (optional), first and last name, business correspondence address, telephone number, e-mail address and other personal data that are actively provided in, for example, correspondence or with payments. In addition, we process data about the learning process, such as attendance, submitted assignments, results, evaluations, completed modules and issued certificates.

Connected Data Group only processes special / sensitive personal data if this is freely permitted. It concerns images (photos and videos) that may be made during the meetings at the (study) location of Connected Data Group.

PeOPLE

In the above processes, Connected Data Group collects data from different categories of stakeholders. These are:

  • Prospective students
  • Alumni
  • Employees, including job applicants
  • Externals, including temporarily hired employees
  • Visitors to the website

Data sharing

In the execution of an agreement, third parties may provide certain parts of the service. In order to guarantee careful handling of personal data, arrangements with these processors are laid down contractually in so-called “processor agreements.

Personal data will not be rented, sold or otherwise shared with or provided to third parties. Connected Data Group may share personal data with third parties if explicit consent is given or if necessary for the performance of the agreement.
